I have a hard time putting into words how much Zak means to our family. He started teaching Brooks to surf when he was only three years old. I was a nervous wreck leaving him at camp that first day, but Zak took him under his wing and the rest is history. Zak has become part of our family and an incredible older brother and role model for my son. I have seen such growth and positive change in Brooks because of Zak and all their summers together. Even though it’s our sixth summer, I’m still enamored and in awe watching them in the water together. Zak is an amazing teacher/instructor but he is also a loyal, trustworthy and kind human.
